| Yes, Only when you are going to book, iplayat.com requires you to register. You can simply search and when ready to book, either register or log into your iplayat account. |
| Does booking online costs me more? |
| Not at all! The price of the facility booking is the same as you would pay to the facility provider. For online bookings, we charge a minimal service fee. If you think that you have been charged more for your facility booking, please feel free to send us the details by filling the inquiry form and we will work with facility owner to get it resolved. |

| What if I don't have a Partner to play? |
| You can call the facility owners and see if they can arrange a partner and/or coach. |
| Is my Booking price based on court/field or Player? |
| Price you pay is only for the court/ field and it is your responsibility to take a partner or coach with you. |
| Do I need to wear the proper sports attire to use the facility? |
| Yes, you must wear proper sports attire to use the facility. Otherwise facility owner has the right to stop you from using the facility. In such case, your money will not be refunded either. |
| Facility owners did not allow us even with the proper sports attire? |
| Please call/email customer care immediately to help you. |
| I can see 'Details' button instead of 'Book' button for some facilities? |
| 'Details' button denotes that the facility is not meant for online booking. You can book a slot by calling the facility directly. |
| Are the coach registered on iplayat.com vetted? |
| Iplayat.com does not check the credentials of a coach who registered in the system. Our system is a common platform to connect coaches and players. We advise you to check their credibility by talking/meeting the coach or even taking a sample session, etc. |
| How well the facility is maintained? |
| Iplayat.com displays the information provided by the facility owners. Therefore, it is players who use the facility and comment on maintenance. Facility rating module is being implemented will be available soon for players to comment. |
| Can I book and pay at the venue? |
| No, you will need to pay online to confirm your slot. |
| Will I get a refund when I miss my booking slot time? |
| No, money will not be refunded if you miss the slot. Booked slots are non-transferable. |
| Can I reschedule my booking slot? |
| Yes, by calling the premises/facility, solely at their discretion. |
| Can I book the facility through Mobile application? |
| Iplayat team is developing mobile application. It will be available soon. |
| Can I register my facility as my favorites while booking? |
| Yes, you can add and manage your favorites. |
| Is it mandatory to take a hard copy of the booking confirmation? |
| Not necessary. Your booking details would be sent to you via email and SMS, which can be produced at the facility. |
| I have lost my booking confirmation. What should I do now? |
| A copy of the booking confirmation would have been sent to you by email when you booked the slot. Please take a printout of that mail and produce it at the facility. |
| I entered the wrong mobile number while booking. Can I get my Book Slot on a different number? |
| Please contact our customer care for additional help. |
| Does the owner of the credit card need to be one of the players? |
| Not at all! A player can use any authorized for use credit card to pay for the booking. |

| What is a Premises? |
| Premises is a sports center in which one or more sports facilities in different disciplines available. For example, premises may contain Tennis Academy, Golf Club, Swimming Pool, Badminton House, Basket Ball Arena, etc. |
| What is a Facility? |
| Facility is a place for a specific sports discipline with one or more courts or field is available for players to schedule and play. For example, Tennis Academy may have five (5) tennis courts and a Badminton house may have eight (8) courts, a Basket Ball Arena may have three (3) courts. |
| What is a Court? |
| Court is one of the courts in a facility for a specific sports discipline. For example, Court 1 refers to the first court out of 5 tennis courts available at a Tennis Academy facility. The word court is generally used when there are number of courts for a given discipline, like tennis, badminton, table tennis basketball, etc. |
| What is a Field? |
| Field is a play ground in a facility for a specific sports discipline. For example, Cricket Field or Soccer Field refers to the Field available at a Cricket ground or Soccer club. The word field is generally used when there is one field for a given discipline, like cricket, soccer, etc. |
| Why do I need to list my Premises? |
| Listing the premises helps you increase your premises visibility tremendously and gives the players opportunity to book a slot to play at your premises. |
| We have only one sports facility. What to do now? |
| We should always plan for growth. Our systems are designed to support your business growth when you decide to open multiple facilities. With that, you still have to register your premises and register your one facility. When we registered the premises, we have only one facility. |
| When we registered the premises, we have only one facility. We are starting another facility in the same premises. What to do now? |
| It is very simple. You just add the new facility with the respective sports discipline. |
| Do we have to pay additional fees to add more facilities? |
| Not at all! You have already paid for your premises registration. You can add as many facilities as you have without any additional charges. |
| Why it is important to update the facility details and schedules regularly? |
| It is important to update the facility details and schedule because players will see the latest updated information of the facility while booking. |
| What is the difference between define and manage schedule? |
| Define schedule helps you to quickly define template like with from and to dates available for booking. Manage schedule helps you to exclude holiday(s) or maintenance day(s), or specific time slots may be reserved for members or regular coaching hours, etc. These exclusions appear as Not Available for player during their search and booking process. |
| Can I just list my Premises? |
| Yes, you can list only your premises. However, you must setup your facility, court(s)/field with the time schedule in order for players to book the slots. |
| What happens if I list my premises and do not setup any facility? |
| You can choose to do so. In such case, your premises details appear in the search but player will not be able to know any of your facility details. |
| Can I make only some courts online bookable or it has to be entire facility? |
| Not necessarily. If you do not define the schedule template for specific court(s), those courts will not be available for online booking. |
| During facility setup, I have selected the online booking flag. How do I change it now? |
| Please send an email to customer care. Our customer care executive will assist you with the further information. |
| Do I have to pay for Listing after registration? |
| No, you don't have to pay any more for the listing. The only charges you pay is for the initial premises registration which is valid for one full year from the setup date. |
| How do I know our premises registration is up for renewal? |
| You will be informed thirty (30) days before the due date to pay the renew charges. Also, when you login to the system, you can see the renewal due date on the home page. |
| Do I have to pay any additional fees to continuously manage facility schedule? |
| No, there are no extra charges to manage schedule. You can manage as often you like. |
| What are the Payment options to register a Premises? |
| You can register the premises by using online registration using our payment gateway or you can also pay by check. |
| How much time will it take for the registration of Premises? |
| If you register through online, your Registration will be done immediately after the successful transaction however if you pay by check, your registration will be done on the following day. |
| When do I receive the booking amount for the slot(s) players booked at our facility? |
| We have rolling thirty (30) day multiple settlement cycles. Depending on your settlement cycle, money will be transferred to your account for the last 30 day bookings. |
| How will I get the information about booking amount for my facility? |
| As a facility owner, you can login and run the outstanding amounts report. |
| What will happen if I do not renew my premises? |
| For such nominal money for a year, you always wanted to renew your premises. Once a player has viewed and/or booked a place to play at your facility, he/she will sure return to the same facility again. Therefore, it is always advisable to renew. |
| What is the Return on Investment (ROI) on the registration fee I pay? |
| Your fellow facility owners say that just listing the premises has immense value. Just to put in the perspective, if your facility gets booked online just one slot per month, the additional revenue you get for the twelve (12) months will quickly exceed the amount you pay for the registration. You can do the math, if more than one (1) booking comes online and the revenue quickly multiplies. |
